i'm rehearsing for a new production...
feel so excited, each time has to give more movement then before...
good for my body coz i will try sth new each time...
at least when improvisation, i have chance to look for new posibilities...
yeah, also choreographers r very good too...
both side, put lots of effort try to create idea differently..

my repond was 'huh'...
yeah...i got that the next second...
our brain, body, the whole team r eating fast food, produce fast food..
of coz it has quality control...!
coz we r professional...

unfortunately, i also met few problems...
i'm lack of stamina...
i'm lack of experience to keep my body quality at the same stage...
this is bad...
need more improvement...
i was sad...
stress too...
i wont forgive myself...
i just feel so ashame of myself...

i sometimes do feel that i'm way too far back...
